Brad wanted me to let everyone know that he has actually lost 110 lbs so far. We are so proud of him. He has found a workout schedule that he is sticking to and a diet that is working as well. Way to go Brad!
Well, I started out working out 5 days a week and now I'm working out 6 days a week. I ride the exercise bike 30 minutes (originally only 20min) all 6 days and lift weights only 3 days(originally not at all).
Also, I've pretty much cut out all bad snacks (chips, ice cream, candy, etc.). However, I do allow myself to a treat once in a blue moon.
The hardest part has been not snacking at work. I sit most of the day at work and they have a table right where I sit which usually has chips, dip, pies, cakes, etc.
My hope is that I will have so much more energy and stamina to go on hikes and camping and such.

Congratulations Brad, give us your tips I could use a few. Only a few pounds for me here and there and back up.
I am very happy for you.
