Brad's update!

Brad wanted me to let everyone know that he has actually lost 110 lbs so far. We are so proud of him. He has found a workout schedule that he is sticking to and a diet that is working as well. Way to go Brad!

Way to go Brad!

I want everyone to know how proud I am of Brad (or as we call him around here Daddy)! So far he has lost over 100lbs. He still would like to loose at least 60 or 70 more pounds. He wants to be ready to chase Benny around this summer. I myself have about 55 pounds that I would like to loose. We have a mini-gym set up in our bedroom. The newest addition is a treadmill. I like to walk but with it being so rainy here in the northwest, I don't get the chance to go out and do it. Thus, the treadmill. I have only used it a couple of times. It is hard finding the time with Benny around and the fact that I am working 3 days a week now, but I am trying my best. I told Brad that if I loose 10lbs before Memorial Day, I was going to cut my hair very short. (My hair has not been very short for a long time.) He isn't too thrilled about it, but he still encourages me.

A couple of weeks ago, we went shopping at our local Walmart and when we were done we saw this in the parking lot. What a surprise!

New Teeth

Here is a picture I took yesterday of Benny's new teeth. He is just having fun with them. He likes to make noises with his teeth. He is also chewing on anything he can get into his mouth.

Teething

My poor baby has been cranky lately. Not only does is he getting over a cold, but he has another tooth coming in on the bottom. I noticed it the other day when I was showing my friend Katie the first tooth. Poor little guy. I think the worst is over. His fever is down and he was acting more like his cheery self yesterday.

I want to note that my friend Katie is a life saver. She brought me a bottle of Johnson's vapor bath. I used it in Benny's bath and he slept so well that night. What a wonderful product!

Update

Sorry I haven't written the past few days. I have been trying to get over a cold. Benny seems to have possible caught it as well. He has been extra fussy and has a slight fever. He also has a runny nose and his right eye is tearing. I don't know if it is because he has a cold or because he is teething. Oh the joys of motherhood! Brad has been lucky so far and not gotten my cold.

We have been having some weird weather lately. We have seen a few inches of snow come and go with a lot of rain. I cannot wait for warmer weather.
